Stay safe, be healthy!
I was 9 years old when I began studying Classical & Jazz music while learning the trombone and tuba. I did not discover my true instrument of choice (bass guitar) until I attended a jam session with my Junior High School Jazz band. The deep rumbling vibrations of the Bass Guitar solidified my feeling that the trombone and tuba were incapable of communicating the bone buzzing tones that echoed in my head.
While playing non-stop with a handful of bands through high school, JetBoy, Astronomy, Snowhite, Dia-Nero, I honed my songwriting and musicianship skills. Opportunities within various solo endeavors opened up for me. These solo efforts involved, but were not limited to, studio work ranging from Country to Heavy Metal. (Other Keynotes: Pre-production work with Greg Lowry of Eddie Money and studio session-work with Steph Burns of Alice Cooper/Y&T.)
I have also enjoyed writing and performing with bands such as Chemical featuring Carlos Hernandez on the “Santana Brothers” CD, and Dirt Brothers featuring Aaron Jellum of Laaz Rockit and Steve Patterson formerly of The Ruffians. These bands routinely performed at Bay Area clubs such as The Omni, New Georges, The Berkeley Square, The Boardwalk, Hobies, Route 66, and Lindees to name a few.

We also wrote and recorded Cradle's second album "Do What You Say".
Doc Freud: Don Long (Vocals), Pete Boyd (Guitar) and Marc Day (Drums), Frank Fabsits (Bass). Doc Freud enjoyed performing high energy hard rock mayhem over the years.
